Directions for Use

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, 3 times a day, on a suitable neutral carrier, as indicated on the label (equivalent to 0.09–0.19 ml per day).

Skin application: a few drops, always diluted in a carrier oil.

Diffusion: use undiluted or diluted; it may be blended with other, gentler essential oils. Follow your diffuser’s instructions. Average conversion given by the manufacturer: 1 ml = 31 drops.
